    This mix contains the Carolina Reaper, Scorpion, Bhut Jolokia and Red Habanero peppers. The current record holder, the reaper, delivers a sweet and fruity flavor that gives way to a slow but steady burn, up to 2 million units on the Scoville Scale. The Scorpion is noted for its sweet flavor and fast burn. Bhut Jolokia, aka the Ghost Pepper, is perhaps the best known, and may have kicked off the craze for heat when it was crowned the world’s hottest pepper in 2007.
