    This Chocolate variety has been described as fruity with a sweeter flavor than the red. Beware though, they are still extremely hot!! Stir into stews, chop up into condiments, or sprinkle over meats to experience a taste of northeastern India. Be warned, a little goes a long way with this pepper – you only need a small amount in your recipes to add flavor and flair.
