Ambrosia Apples have a distinct honey and slightly perfumed flavor. They are great in salads and other dishes calling for raw apple slices or on cheese platters at large gatherings where they will retain their beautiful cream colored flesh due to the fact that they turn brown very slowly when exposed to the air.
